Chandrayaan-3 Rolling Down To The Lunar Surface On Moon

In a stunning video that was released on Friday by ISRO, the Chandrayaan-3 mission’s rover, Pragyan, can be seen rolling down from the lander, Vikram, to the lunar surface. The video was captured by the lander imager camera. The message and the video were posted on the social media platform known as “X” by the national space agency. The caption for the post read, “… and here is how the Chandrayaan-3 Rover ramped down from the Lander to the Lunar surface.”

In addition, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) made public the photograph of the lander that was taken by the Orbiter High-Resolution Camera (OHRC) of Chandrayaan-2 after it successfully completed a soft landing on the moon.

ISRO made the following statement on Thursday evening: “All activities are on schedule. The systems are functioning normally. Payloads for the ILSA, RAMBHA, and ChaSTE Lander Modules are now functioning normally. The Rover’s mobility operations have officially gotten under way. On Sunday, the SHAPE payload that was mounted to the Propulsion Module had its power source activated. On Wednesday, the lander module of India’s third unmanned mission to the Moon made a successful soft landing, making it the fourth nation in the world to accomplish this feat and the first to travel to the unexplored south pole of Earth’s only natural satellite. India also became the first nation to travel to the south pole of Earth’s only natural satellite.
