It was in June when itel announced their new smartphone, the S23, which has a starting price of Rs 8,799. It would appear that the itel S23+, which the company just recently introduced to the African market, will soon be available for purchase in the Indian market as well. Ishan Agarwal, a tipster, tweeted recently that the itel S23+ will be the first phone with a 3D curved AMOLED display that will be priced at less than Rs 15,000. Curved bezels surround the itel S23 Plus’s AMOLED display, which measures 6.78 inches diagonally. Gorilla Glass 5, a color gamut that is 99 percent DCI-P3, support for resolutions up to and including FHD+, and up to 500 nits of brightness are all included. Additionally, it is the first smartphone from Itel to feature a fingerprint scanner that is integrated into the display.
The front-facing camera on the itel S23 Plus has a resolution of 32 mega pixels. It has a primary camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels, a secondary camera with a resolution of 2 megapixels, and an LED flash on the back. The phone comes preloaded with an artificial intelligence-based voice assistant known as Aivana GPT and a version of Android 13 that is powered by itel OS 13. Onboard, there is a function known as the Dynamic Bar that performs notifications in a manner very similar to that of the iPhone’s Dynamic Island notification feature. It shows the current battery life as well as any upcoming reminders in addition to the notifications.

The itel S23 Plus incorporates the Unisoc T616 chipset as its central processing unit. It comes with 256 GB of storage that is formatted as UFS 2.0 and 8 GB of RAM that is LPDDR4x. The device is powered by a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh and support for 18-watt charging.
