The Vivo Y17s is a low-end smartphone that was quietly introduced in Singapore. Its specifications aren’t particularly impressive. It is not known if it will be sold in any other locations, but it is likely that it will be.

The 6.56-inch IPS LCD, 720p display on the vivo Y17s, which has a refresh rate of 60Hz, is powered by a chipset manufactured by MediaTek called the Helio G85. Despite the fact that 840 nits may not sound like much, Vivo claims that their smartphone has a peak brightness of 840 nits, which should be adequate for using the device comfortably outside even on days when the sun is shining brightly. There is only one memory option available, which is 6GB/128GB, which means that there is a limited selection of memory options available. On the other hand, a slot for a microSD card is available.
The front-facing camera on the device has an aperture of f/2.0 and a resolution of 8 megapixels. The device’s rear camera has an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.
A battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh powers the entire system, and it can only handle a charging current of 15 watts. In addition, it introduces Android 13 on top of Funtouch OS 13, which was also introduced. One of the other features that really stands out is the IP54 certification, which protects against dust and splashes.
