Apple Is Rumored To Be Releasing New USB-C AirPods

As the date of the event draws closer, a number of reports have begun to appear online. The most recent one suggests that the Apple AirPods will no longer have a lightning connector and will instead come with a charging case that utilizes the USB-C standard.

A recent report by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman suggests that Apple’s upcoming event will feature the introduction of new smartwatches in addition to the iPhone 15 and other new products. The same report suggests that Apple may also unveil AirPods equipped with a charging case that is compatible with USB-C at this event.
